Job description:
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong background in sales, and the ability to understand client requirements while guiding and motivating the sales team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records using Excel.
- Collaborate with management to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements:
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Experience: 1–5 years in Sales, with at least 1 year in a Team Lead or Senior Sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Kannada communication is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Any Graduate or candidates with relevant qualifications can apply.
