Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Co-ordinator to handle customer support and assist with general office administration. Ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests.
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and daily office operations.
Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in customer service or administration.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Note: Candidates with more than 3 years of experience will not be considered.
