Executive – Client Experience
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Executive – Client Experience to manage client interactions and ensure a seamless service journey. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong client relationships while handling daily coordination activities efficiently.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and support
- Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries promptly
- Maintain client records and track service updates
- Monitor client satisfaction and collect feedback for improvement
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation handling
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
